What I love about this course is that it works as a reminder, especially for educators who've taught for as long as I have (almost 20 years!) that no matter how passionate we are about teaching and how much we eat and breathe lessons and lesson planning, we need to also take a step back once in a while to observe our body, mental and emotional state to make sure that we're not burnt out or perhaps heading there. My personal favourite, setting boundaries :) Thanks for creating content that we'd not normally think about. Loved it!

As a newly qualified teacher, and with a few years experience I really enjoyed this course. The course was incredibly informative in explaining burnout using relevant and relatable examples of burnout. What I loved most about the course was that it was enjoyable and straight forward to follow! I loved that it made me reflect on my personal values, career goals and interests. It has made me realise how much energy we as educators put in to lesson planning and organising resources. I was able to recognise signs of burn out in myself. I loved that it made me reflect on ways to address these areas of burn out before they begin affecting my emotional, mental health, relationships with friends, family and colleagues. I would highly recommend this to fellow teacher colleagues in early childhood and primary! Thanks for creating such an enjoyable course.
